# Pre-Season : Laying the Groundwork

* **NFT Collection Development**:
  * **Conceptualization**: Ideate and design the foundational elements of our unique NFT collection.
  * **Development**: Engage artists, developers, and other key players to bring the NFT vision to life

* **NFT Launch Blueprint**: Draft a comprehensive plan for the impending NFT launch. This entails:
  * **Marketing Strategy**: Identify avenues to maximise reach and engagement
  * **Technical Aspects**: Ensure robust infrastructure to handle anticipated traffic and transactions.
  * **Community Engagement**:  Initiate dialogues with potential investors and supporters to build anticipation.
* **Location Scouting and Negotiations**:
  * **Early Dialogues**: Begin discussions with location management teams, exploring potential sites for Hustle and Grind spaces.
  * **Site Assessments**: Conduct visits and evaluate prospective locations for feasibility, vibe, and alignment with our brand ethos.

With these foundational steps in place during the Pre-Season, we aim to ensure a smooth transition into Season 1 and beyond, making our vision for Hustle and Grind a reality.
